Jestem bardzo zmęczona, ale sernik z ricotty się udał! Robiłam go pierwszy raz i sama wymyśliłam przepis, więc trochę się denerwowałam. Dałam pół kilo ricotty, zamiast cukru cukier trzcinowy, co dało sernikowi beżowy kolor ale też super smak, 3 jajka i poza tym jak zwykły sernik... Pieczone ciastka - kwiaty nie są moim "best", muszę wyznać, ale to jeśli chodzi o kształt, natomiast w smaku są pierwszorzędne. Kruche ciasto z masłem klarowanym. W środku są niesiarkowane rodzynki z małego tureckiego sklepu i dżem morelowy...

I am very tired at the moment, but my cheesecake with ricotta is great! I was making it for the first time and the recipe is my own, so I was a bit nervous with that. I have made this cheesecake with 500g of ricotta cheese, jaggery instead of normal sugar - so it has beige color but the taste is heavenly, 3 eggs, and everything was going on like in the case of any average cheescake, as well...
