My old postcards: Vintage Italia

Hello guys! Nice to be with you again. Today I am showing you my really old postcards from Italy. This is all from my parents collection and I think it must be from the 60th, so very old and unique. Certainly you know the view above, very famous picture from Venice.

This is the Basilic in Assisi, the town well known from St. Francis, the man who loved animals.

And the last one is from Capri, this is also very famous view, dont you.

Today is rather warm and I was walking with my dog in the park here. She found a big pork bone and she ate it all. Then I had to go shopping and I decided I will go by foot ( a few kilometres). So I am tired a little bit. I must walk in this stupid mask of course.

Tommorrow I will bake pizza or maybe some kind of semolina cake with peaches.

Welcome, pawsies! Claire - Genevieve is back! Oh, I was missing you... Sorry I was absent during the summer months. The human was making some problems so I wasn't able to keep you up to date. Hope you will understand, guys.

My life is going well. Every morning I hunt for pigeons, and afterwards I nap and I am dreaming about how to prepare a fresh pigeon. One day I will catch. I will bake it like humans do with chicken. I will tell you about the weather too. We experience warm days now. We had 19C last week and 17C has been expected in the next few days. According to the forecast, you know.

Sometimes it rains a little but it makes the season more cosy. I was wondering maybe I should keep my own blog, but finally I decided to be here, together with my human.

Serdecznie witam wszystkich w ten jesienny wieczór! Jakże mi miło być tu z Państwem znowu, naprawdę. Mówi kotka Claire - Genevieve z Warszawy! To szalenie przyjemne tak dzielić się swoimi myślami z innymi kotami, z Wami. Mam nadzieję że czekaliście na mój post... Dziś oto podzielę się   interesującą historią o obroży i jeszcze chciałam Państwu pokazać zdjęcie pocztówki w kształcie ryby. Pani kupiła mi w Carrefourze taką uprząż, która może nawet i jest ładna, no ale co z tego, bo to jest za małe... I Pani zdjęła mi to, potem tylko rozcięła nożyczkami i z tego są teraz dwie obróżki i smycz oddzielnie. To jest nawet fajne.

Hello, everypawdy! This is speaking the kitty Claire- Genevieve, I am live from Warsaw! I know you wait for me! Here we go, guys! Such a pleasure to talk to you, sweethearts! I feel so excited, so excited, guys! Mom bought me a harness, and I want you to know, everypawdy, that I have never had a harness before. So I tried it and it turned out that is too small. Not my size. Mom got the idea she could refashion it. She simply made two collars from it, and it is also a funny leash. I find it quite nice. This is from Carrefour. And I want to show you this  fish- shaped post card.

Z życia kotki Sierpień 2019/ My feline story August 2019

Serdecznie witam Państwa w cudowny, letni wieczór! Mówi kotka Claire- Genevieve z Warszawy. W ostatnich dniach jest bardzo ciepło, odnotowujemy naprawdę wysokie temperatury, proszę Państwa. Niedawno jadłam też ćmę, którą upolowałam sobie w mieszkaniu. Czuję się po niej bardzo dobrze. Czasem lubię tak... Ćma jest bardzo smaczna. Jak zawsze rano poluję na gołębie poprzez szybę okienną i oglądałam też w telewizji film przyrodniczy o żurawiach i sowach. Nie wiem, czy Państwo się tym interesują, ale ja tak. W tym miesiącu zdecydowałam się na przedstawienie Państwu takiego zestawu, co ja jadłam ostatnio. Niektóre z tych saszetek mi smakowały, ale nie każda.

Welcome, Ladies and Gentlemen! This is Claire - Genevieve speaking! Live from Warsaw! Such a pleasure to talk to you in this beautiful summer evening... In these days we experience really high temperatures here. Over 30C for today, for instance ( yes!)... Dear Readers! Recently I ate the moth which I reached here in the apartment. I feel very good now, it was very yummy! Very yummy! I like to eat a moth from time to time. Moth is very delicious. I love also to hunt for pigeons through the window glass. I  do it day by day in the morning. In addition, I was watching a documentary  in tv. It was about owls and cranes. I don't know are you interested in those topics, but I am. Well, if it comes to talk about food, I will show you my food I recently ate. I am satisified only with a few from this.

Więc najbardziej to ta ostatnia. To było smaczne i też taka Purina  Gourmet grillowany kurczak. Tam jest biały kot na zielonym tle, widzicie, prawda? Te mogę polecić Państwu jako coś naprawdę wartego spróbowania. Poza tym to nie bardzo. Pies to zjadł potem. Byłam też poczęstowana takim łososiem, ja bardzo lubię łososia.

So, after trying all of it, I must admit I like the last one most. It was yummy and the one Purina Gourmet as well. The fluffy white cat on  green,  as you might see. See? I would recommend it to you as something actually worthbuying. The rest is so so, as far as I am concerned. The dog ate it. I was also allowed to this salmon in marinate, and with dill. I adore salmon.

Teraz już żegnam się z Wami, drodzy Przyjaciele, ale niebawem powrócę znowu. Kotka Claire-Genevieve.

My feline story February - March 2019

Hello, everypawdy! This is speaking the kitty Claire- Genevieve from Warsaw! I am doing fine, how about you? This is getting much warmer recently here in Warsaw, although I must admit that the nights remain still cold, so I need to spend my evenings in the bathroom. As  you might see in the video, hooman dared to annoy me during my shower. My loves, I feel spring in the air! I think it must be the reason that I crave to eat plants in those days... My favourite pot plant  here is papyrus. As some of you might know from my previous posts, the plant has been taken outside. My hooman did it! Nevertheless, I found the way! It is in the corridor now. See?

I ate also another plants, which I found in the kitchen. This is like a salad to me. I have not my favourite ham at home, because hooman did not buy me it. I have only my kibble, cookies ( two tastes), wet food in a several tastes and white cheese. So you see as  hungry I am!

Being in the bathroom I usually am wondering about my life and about hooman and the dog, who both also live here. See my face! And brace yourself...

I am seven years old now. I need ham and sausage ( I like also sausages). One day she will buy me, I hope. I like cheesecake too. Today I write to you, my friends, and I want to send my love and cheers whereever you are on the planet. Sincerely yours, Claire - Genevieve, the kitty.

My feline story November 2018

 Welcome, ladies and gentlemen... This is the kitty Claire- Genevieve.I am speaking to you from Warsaw! Here is already winter, so I want to spend most time in the bathroom or in Mom's bed, close to the central heating. We rarely experience freeze in November here in Poland! This  year it seems we have severe winter... In particular those nights are so cold and it reminds me rather January, not November. I have new kibble for cats, as you see at the picture:

I am in awe! This is so yummy... But I have big problem with the doggo, who is in the habit of stealing me it from my bowl in the kitchen. At night she is cleaning it! Well... Let's talk about music! My dearest readers, I discovered a wonderful channel at YT. This is from Turkey and I watch it along with Mom very often. I would recommend it to you too...

As you might see I adore to take a nap during cold, and long wintry evening. I am so sorry I post only in English this time.

Z życia kotki pażdziernik 2018 / My feline story October 2018

POL: Witajcie wszyscy!Tu mówi kotka Claire- Genevieve z Warszawy! Dziś chciałabym opowiedzieć Wam o ptakach, bo ja obserwuję je. To jest takie miejsce, które jest najlepsze dla moich obserwacji... Ja wchodzę sobie na regał, bo tam jest możliwość, żeby się  wdrapać między ścianą i tymi półkami. Ja to wykorzystuję.

РУС: Привет Всем! Здесь кошка Клэр - Женевьева из Варшавы! Сегодня я хочу рассказать Вам о птицах потому что я наблюдаю за птицами. Вы видите меня на стеллаже. Я вхожу там сзади потому что такая возможность между стеной и стеллажом. Я с горы потом наблюдаю за ними.

ENG:  Welcome, everybody! This is Claire - Genevieve the kitty! I am speaking live from Warsaw! For today I want to share my thoughts about those birds, because I've been watching them . You see me onto the bookshelf, and this is the bestest place to watch. I can reach the highest shelf, because there is a space in between the wall and the shelf, so I am able to.

Często też śpię na tej najwyższej półce. Więc ten ptak, wiecie, on nazywa się wrona siwa. Mama mówi, że on jest za duży do upolowania dla mnie i że to on mógłby mnie załatwić, jakby było ich więcej. Prawdą jest, że ten ptak jest bardzo bezczelny. Nie boi się i słyszałam wiele bardzo mrożących krew w żyłach historii... On chce atakować nawet mamę.

Там наверху приятно и я там часто сплю также. Птица это серая ворона . Мамочка сказала мне что эта птица слишком большая чтобы я ее могла уловить. Она говорит что как будто было много этих птиц они могли бы меня схватить. Очень наглые... Не боится и хотел атаковать мамочку. Как громко он кричит! Вы здусь видите как атакует. К счастью я не была там. Он хотел забрать шапку у мамочки. Хотел ее сесть на голове и колтями забрать шапку. Поэтому я наблюдаю за ними только в окно.

I use to sleep there too. Thus, the bird is called Hooded crow. Mom told me that it is  too big bird for me to hunt. I was also told by her that those birds might catch me, in particular in a group. Truth be told, the bird is very cheeky. He/ she is never afraid and I have heard a lot of  really bloodcurdling stories on him. And he tried to attack Mom!

Tu właśnie widzicie, jak on przeprowadza atak... Strasznie wydziera się. Znaczy się, mnie nie było tam, ale mama zrobiła mu zdjęcia. Raz on chciał zabrać mamie czapkę z głowy! Prawie usiadł jej na głowie znienacka. Leciał i nagle siada na głowie. Więc ja tak przez okno tylko...
You see him attacking Mom on those displays. And he is usually making very big noise! Mom has snapped a few pictures of this bird. I was not there, fortunately... I think is much better to follow them by the window. This bird wanted to sit on Mom's head. And was about to steal her beanie hat! He/ she was flying and suddenly... Shocking story, don't you.

Generalnie u mnie wszystko dobrze. Centralne ogrzewanie jest już włączone i dlatego śpię teraz z Panią, bo to jest obok grzejnika. Ja nagrzewam sobie brzuch. Mam teraz takie ciasteczka Party Mix, które Pani często mi kupuje.

Вооьще у меня все в порядке. Уже центральное отопление работает я сплю теперь с мамочкой потому что  там наиболее тепло. Я себе согреваю живот. У меня печение Party Mix, и вообще вкусная еда.

Thus, in general I am doing well. The central heating has been working here, guys, so I started to sleep with Mom. This is the warmest place and I am getting this heat for my belly. If it comes to talk about food I have my cookies Party Mix and in general the food is tasty.

Z życia kotki Sierpień 2018 / My feline story August 2018

Witajcie wszyscy! Tu kotka Claire- Genevieve z Warszawy! W tym miesiącu to, wiecie, bardzo gorąco... Właściwie głównie odpoczywam. Takie upały są, że właściwie nic mi się nie chce... Było nawet ponad 40C,  i ciągle jest ponad 30C.
Welcome everybody! This is speaking Claire - Genevieve from Warsaw! I am the cat. This month has been very hot, so I tell you, I feel rather lazy... I hope you understand it. We experience a solid heatwave and it lasts so long... It was even over 40C and still it is been over 30C.
Привет Всем! Приветик кошки! Приветик челавеки! Я кошка Клэр - Женевьева из Польшы! У нас жара тут. Было выше 40С и вообше все время выще 30С. Поэтому я ничто не хочемся и только отдыхаю.

Leżałam sobie z Panią ale suka przyszła i zabrała mi miejsce... 

Ciężko mi komentować to zdarzenie. Szczytem chamstwa jest też, że ona chodzi z Panią do sklepu z jedzeniem dla zwierząt i razem wybierają jedzenie dla mnie!  Ja nie mam na nic wpływu...

I was resting with Mom, but the dog came and took my place on Mom's bed. No comments. The same, I even do not want to say a word about the fact that the doggo has been allowed to choose my food in the shop. She does it along with Mom!

Лежала я вместе с Мамочкой  но видите сука забрала место... Даже не буду коментировать этого. Она тоже с мамочкой посещает магазин и выбирают для меня еду. Я не могу сама выбрать ! 

Więc generalnie jestem taka wkurzona, że chyba znowu pójdę spać. Przygotowałam dla Was takie obrazki, które znalazłam na Pintereście... Mam nadzieję, że podobają się Wam.
