Znowu tutaj / Back here

 Ten blog był niby definitywnie zamknięty i jakiś czas miałam drugi, potem nie pisałam na obu. Moja suczka umarła. Ostatni post był o tym, że zachorowała - jakoś sześć lat temu. Teraz mieszkam w innym mieście i mam innego psa. Tamta historia to był taki koszmar że do dzisiaj trudno mi o tym mówić. Wydaliśmy kilka tysięcy na ratowanie jej a weterynarze żle opiekowali się nią po operacji i niestety ja musiałam podjąć decyzję o uśpieniu jej bo strasznie cierpiała.

ENG: I had closed this blog forever and also I am still keeping the second blog. For some time I was not present both on the two sites. My dog passed away. My last post about six years ago was that she was sick. I live in another town now and I have another dog. The story that my dog was sick it is still like a horror to me. I even cannot talk about it. We spent big money for saving her and finally I had  to put her to sleep. She suffered very much and it was no choice because of medical mistakes. She is a victim.

Chciałabym wznowić ten blog jako stronę ze wspomnieniami o niej. Wydaje mi się że ona nie odeszła. Czasem spotykam ją we śnie. Często przyjeżdżam do Warszawy i odwiedzam stare miejsca. Teraz byłam w marcu ale niedługo znowu jadę.

ENG: I would start this blog again as a memory site about my dog. I have the feeling she is still next to me. She is not gone. I meet her in my dreams from time to time. I visit Warsaw often so I am able to go through our old paths. Last time I was in March but I will travel again soon.

Paradise lost and the new blog

 I have very sad news that it turned out my dog is very seriously ill and she will live with me not for a long time. She has a good care and I hope she will live some time but I count it in months. I don't want to talk more about it as my heart is broken and I cried all my tears over her. I still cry everyday but I think she does not understand it all and is not suffering much. I love my furbaby very much. I dont want her to suffer. It has happened all of a sudden! I used to think she is still not that old and in the good health, but no... I am completely devastated so I decided to close this blog. I was posting a lot about our walks, lots of her pictures etc. This is over now.

I love you and I want to be here so I created a new blog. I am no longer here but I want to focus more on myself, I mean my inner space, fashion and art I like.

Christmas 2020

 

Merry Christmas Everyone!

It was a very rainy day this Christmas Eve and also very warm, at least for us, as we had 8C today. I went for a longer walk with my dog and I was with no hat on my head because of the warm weather. Unluckily it started to pour heavily while we were at the pond so I returned home completely wet. Now I wait for... Ok, maybe not. We will see! ( I am in general from those who catch infections rarely)

Yesterday I had to go shopping at night and it was unplanned. It was a nice time in the shopping mall, but then I was bothered so much! That is why I did not posted yesterday. I was back home around midnight and then I went walk my dog. Plenty of people in the mall, all the shops were opened and it was really nice. 

More images soon! See my carob cookies? Already eaten. I baked cheesecake too and I added real vanilla beans so the aroma is awesome! I love this scent of warm cake and vanilla! Almost eaten ... Tommorow I will bake goose with apples and we have lot of food I will show you later.

This is one of my favourite Christmas carol! I like it even more than Polish carols. I bought also vegan pate very expensive in organic shop ( it was close to midnight) and vegan yoghurts, but I got also French sausage before in a normal store. Well, ok. The last days have been really tiring believe me.

Welcome, pawsies! Claire - Genevieve is back! Oh, I was missing you... Sorry I was absent during the summer months. The human was making some problems so I wasn't able to keep you up to date. Hope you will understand, guys.

My life is going well. Every morning I hunt for pigeons, and afterwards I nap and I am dreaming about how to prepare a fresh pigeon. One day I will catch. I will bake it like humans do with chicken. I will tell you about the weather too. We experience warm days now. We had 19C last week and 17C has been expected in the next few days. According to the forecast, you know.

Sometimes it rains a little but it makes the season more cosy. I was wondering maybe I should keep my own blog, but finally I decided to be here, together with my human.

How are you doing?

I already wanted to finish this page and I have not been updating it for a long time, right?  Lack of time, or I was  too exhausted to write and read other blogs. Although I rested and then I started to miss you... I' ve decided to go back, but I will keep it in English only and for me writing long posts is too time consuming now. 

So, long time no see! How are you? I am fine  and everything is all right on here. In general in Poland we are dealing with the virus quite good and the number of cases is still small and has not been growing rapidly. We enjoy beautiful spring, as you might see. I am eager to see your posts!

Serdecznie witam wszystkich w ten jesienny wieczór! Jakże mi miło być tu z Państwem znowu, naprawdę. Mówi kotka Claire - Genevieve z Warszawy! To szalenie przyjemne tak dzielić się swoimi myślami z innymi kotami, z Wami. Mam nadzieję że czekaliście na mój post... Dziś oto podzielę się   interesującą historią o obroży i jeszcze chciałam Państwu pokazać zdjęcie pocztówki w kształcie ryby. Pani kupiła mi w Carrefourze taką uprząż, która może nawet i jest ładna, no ale co z tego, bo to jest za małe... I Pani zdjęła mi to, potem tylko rozcięła nożyczkami i z tego są teraz dwie obróżki i smycz oddzielnie. To jest nawet fajne.

Hello, everypawdy! This is speaking the kitty Claire- Genevieve, I am live from Warsaw! I know you wait for me! Here we go, guys! Such a pleasure to talk to you, sweethearts! I feel so excited, so excited, guys! Mom bought me a harness, and I want you to know, everypawdy, that I have never had a harness before. So I tried it and it turned out that is too small. Not my size. Mom got the idea she could refashion it. She simply made two collars from it, and it is also a funny leash. I find it quite nice. This is from Carrefour. And I want to show you this  fish- shaped post card.

Początek jesieni / The fall has come

Wieczory długie i chłodne, ciągle jednak trochę lato. Teraz kilka dni około 15C, wiec można powiedzieć że to jesień, ale ma jeszcze być 24C, więc lato wróci. Wrzesień nie może być bez placka z jabłkami, prawda? Co to za wrzesień bez ciast jabłkowych w chłodne wieczory... To by nie był wrzesień. Udało się znależć dwie dzikie jabłonie, które jednak obrodziły w tym roku. Z jednego zbioru: ciasto ucierane z jabłkami, pierwsze w mojej nowej formie. Potem małe crumble, i jeszcze pieczone jabłka z cynamonem, ghee, suszonymi morelami i miodem. Jeszcze znowu pójdziemy zbierać.

The days are getting shorter nowadays, but still I can feel summer in the air. We experience a few cold days now, and the temp is only 15 C, so I can say that the fall has come. From the other hand, I have seen at the forecast that we will have 24 C again next week. So summer will be back! Summer or autumn, this is September, right? And how to survive September with no an apple pie baked in a chilly evening... We must bake it if we want to survive this season, that's a certain thing guys. Therefore I and my dog went to the wild meadow aka abandoned garden and we luckily found two wild apple trees in fruits. I baked my favourite apple cake, then crumble and also baked apples with cinnamon, ghee, honey and dried apricots. We will go again looking for the apples.

Deszcz pada już drugi dzień i w nocy musiałam założyć zimową czapkę, bo odczuwalna temperatura to było 5C. Strasznie wieje i widziałam przewrócone drzewo w lesie. Wieczory są już długie i dni stały się krótsze. A jednak ciągle pamiętam, że rok temu pażdziernik był cieplejszy od września.

It pours cats and dogs for the second day already and I had to wear my winter hat last night. The temperature you really feel was only 5C. This is because of that strong wind, that blows too. I have seen big tree broken in the wood. This is dark in the evening and I was reviewing my autumn clothes and shoes. From the other hand, I remember last year October was warmer than September.

Hello, everypawdy! This is speaking the kitty Claire- Genevieve from Warsaw! I am doing fine, how about you? This is getting much warmer recently here in Warsaw, although I must admit that the nights remain still cold, so I need to spend my evenings in the bathroom. As  you might see in the video, hooman dared to annoy me during my shower. My loves, I feel spring in the air! I think it must be the reason that I crave to eat plants in those days... My favourite pot plant  here is papyrus. As some of you might know from my previous posts, the plant has been taken outside. My hooman did it! Nevertheless, I found the way! It is in the corridor now. See?

I ate also another plants, which I found in the kitchen. This is like a salad to me. I have not my favourite ham at home, because hooman did not buy me it. I have only my kibble, cookies ( two tastes), wet food in a several tastes and white cheese. So you see as  hungry I am!

Being in the bathroom I usually am wondering about my life and about hooman and the dog, who both also live here. See my face! And brace yourself...

I am seven years old now. I need ham and sausage ( I like also sausages). One day she will buy me, I hope. I like cheesecake too. Today I write to you, my friends, and I want to send my love and cheers whereever you are on the planet. Sincerely yours, Claire - Genevieve, the kitty.
