Pyszna sałatka pasterska / Yummy shepherd's salad
Sałatka pasterska jest z przepisu z jakiejś starej gazety, który kiedyś sobie przepisałam. Jest naprawdę bardzo wspaniała, ale wydaje mi się, że nie można niczego w niej zmieniać. Musi być to owczy ser, i musi być czerwona cebula! Jeżeli ktoś da jakiś inny ser czy inną cebulę, to wszystko się schrzani. Ja robiłam tę sałatkę kilka razy w lecie, i zawsze miałam ten ser oto poniżej przedstawiony. To jest bułgarski, kupuję go w Carrefourze za około 12 zł. Ser owczy zawsze jest droższy, ale tu jest niezastąpiony.
This shepherd's salad recipe is taken from some old newspaper, which I saved some time ago. This salad is really gorgeous, but I think is important not to change the recipe at all. It must be a sheep cheese and it must be a red onion in it! If you get any other cheese or onion, it becomes much worse. I have been making this salad severally, and always with this sheep cheese you see on the display. It's from Bulgaria, I am purchasing this cheese at Carrefour. It costs about 12 zł, but sheep cheese always is more pricey than others. In this dish a sheep cheese is the key !
Jak zrobić taką sałatkę? Wpierw, jak mawiała moja babcia,
niezbędną będzie puszka fasoli białej, wspomniana wyżej cebula czerwona, następnie nie obejdzie się bez sera owczego 20 dag i ja daję czosnek niedżwiedzi, bardzo tak polecam, i jeszcze sałatę dębową - pół główki, choć w przepisie jest rzymska. Do tego 5 łyżek oliwy extra vergine oraz sól i pieprz.
So, how to prepare this yummy salad? Firstly, you will need: one can of white bean, one red onion, sheep cheese 20dag, wild garlic ( I do recommend adding wild gralic), and also half of a salad, which here is called dębowa oak's, although in the recipe is to add a half of rzymska Roman salad. And 5 spoons of olive oil extra vergine, salt and pepper, obviously.
