Ulubione rzeczy Sierpień 2018 / August favourities 2018

Kosmetyki / Cosmetics:

Pianka do mycia twarzy kupiona w Carrefourze. Pierwszy raz w życiu kupiłam sobie piankę do twarzy, i okazało się że ta jest bardzo dobra. To jest firma Cosnature, która jest od jakiegoś czasu w Carrefourze i kupiłam kilka rzeczy od nich. Ta pianka jest bardzo delikatna, ma dobry skład i śliczny, spokojny zapach. To jest cytrynowo - melisowa, mam ją już jakiś  czas, więc mogę powiedzieć że jest wydajna. Kosztuje około 25 zł, o ile dobrze pamiętam.

In August my heart has been stolen by this adorable cleansing foam. I have purchased a face cleasing foam for the first time in my lifetime and this one turned out  to be really perfect. I use to go shopping to Carrefour because I have this market a stone throw from my place and they are open very long in the evening. Recently they sell the cosmetics Cosnature so I bought a several things Cosnature. This foam is very mild, has very good ingredients list and the scent is heavenly. Lemon and  lemon balm.I have been using it for some time so I can say that is efficient. The cost is about 25 zł .

Jedzonko / Food :

Zupa bio z cukinii, zrobiona we Francji. Ma super skład, najwięcej jest cukinii, ale są też inne warzywa. Do tego jest oliwa z pierwszego tłoczenia na zimno i warzywa oczywiście są bio. Kosztuje około 10 zł, co patrząc na skład nie jest nawet drogo jak na taki produkt ekologiczny. Zjadłam już dwie takie i niedługo idę po następne. Ta zupa jest bardzo sycąca i nawet wystarcza jako cały obiad.

Thus, while I was shopping I noticed this bio soup made in France. As some of you might know I am a huge lover of everything French, so I obviously bought it. The ingredients are really superb. This is mostly a courgette, but also it contains more bio vegggies and olive oil extra vergine. So the price about 10 zł is not that high for the bio product. The soup is very rich and one bowl is enough as a whole dinner.

Szydełkowanie / Crocheting:

Różowa akrylowa włoczka, którą mama kupiła mi w Auchan. To jest francuska i kolor jest naprawdę bardzo ładny, fajniejszy niż na zdjęciu. Na razie jeszcze nic z niej nie zrobiłam, ale mam pewien plan.

Here I go with 100% acrylic French wool. It has very sweet, adorable pink shadow, much prettier than you see on the image. My Mom bought me it in Auchan.

Domowe rzeczy/ Household :

Jako gratisowy upominek dostałam kubek do mycia zębów razem z psem. Pies nie pije z tego kubka, tylko chodzi o to, żeby kupić ileś tam Dentasticków, żeby oczyszczały zęby z kamienia. U psa, znaczy się.
I received this plastic mug as a gift. You can brush your tooths along with the dog!Taking it proof, the dog isn't allowed to drink from your mug. The point is you must buy a lot of Dentastics for the dog, and the snacks will cleansing his/her tooths too...

Ubrania / Outfits:

W sierpniu,  po iluś tam latach, kupiłam coś w SH. Unikałam tego, bo na studiach długo właściwie wszystko miałam z SH i w którymś momencie poczułam że tego nie zniosę dłużej. Ale teraz jest inaczej, nie poszłam tam żeby oszczędzać tylko żeby kupić coś, co mi się podoba. Czym innym jest mieć wszystko z SH, czym innym czasem kupić sobie tam coś ładnego. Kupiłam bawełnianą sukienkę za 16 zł i taki top za 6. Top jest właściwie nowy i został moim ulubieńcem.

This month I have got something from a second hand shop! I did for the first time since  many years. That's because I did an overdo during my university years. I rememeber in those sweet years my closed was full of SH things. I noticed one day that I really hate it. Although from the other side, now I have the feeling like I buy there in a new way... This is not because of the lack of money, but I am in the need of having something unique and more independent. I bought a 100% cotton summer dress for 16 zł and this top. I have paid 6zł for the top and it looks like a new one. So the top has become my favourite top this month.

Tv siedzenie i oglądanie / Watching tv:

Sierpień to zawsze oglądanie sportu w telewizji. W sierpniu są mistrzostwa  lekkoatletyczne i Tour de Pologne. W tym roku nawet nieżle idzie Polakom, co jest cudowną odmianą po tym, co się stało w Rosji. Michał Kwiatkowski wygrał Tour de Pologne w ogóle i dwa etapy w trakcie. W tym roku obejrzałam etap po Krakowie i trzy w górach. Oglądałam to trochę w tv państwowej a trochę w Eurosporcie i w Eurosporcie bardziej mi się podobało, bo komentował Darek Baranowski.

Every year in August I use to watch a lot of sport in tv. I love Tour de Pologne,  always in August, as well I adore the championships in athletics. I see that month is good for Poland, such a nice change after our poor experience in Russia this year... Never mind. So, Michał Kwiatkowski is the winner of the Tour de Pologne this year, and we had a spectacular time in Berlin with a pouring rain of medals for Poland. Kwiatkowski won also two stages at the Tour. I have seen the stage in Cracow and three stages in the Polish mountains. I watched all of it in Polish Eurosport, and sometimes in TVP too. Although I like more to watch in Eurosport, when Darek Baranowski is commenting it.

Potem były mistrzostwa europejskie ( European Championship) jednocześnie w Glasgow i w Berlinie, ale oglądałam tylko Berlin, bo tam była lekkaatletyka. Ja interesuję się głównie biegami, ale oglądam wszystko, jak tylko mogę. Polscy sportowcy zdobyli mnóstwo medali, w tym dużo złotych. Z zagranicznych najbardziej podobała mi się Nafi Tiam - to jest siedmioboistka z Belgii, też zdobyła złoty medal. Tak samo, oglądałam trochę w TVP Sport, ale bardziej w Eurosporcie. 

Afterwards I have seen The European Championships, I was more interested in the livestream from Berlin, although the championships were in Glasgow and in Berlin at the same time. In Berlin  was the athletics competitions, and as some of you might know I adore athletics, in particular runs. Polish athlets have won a huge number of medals, and they brought home mostly gold medals ... I like also Nafi Tiam from Belgium who won also a gold medal in heptathlon. I watched it in TVP Sport, but more in Polish Eurosport, which I like more.
