Zjadłam to #4 / I have eaten it #4

1. Czeska mąka bio/ Bio wheat flour from Czechia :

Dziś przystępujemy do omówienia kwestii zasadniczej, mianowicie - konsumpcji. Bez jedzonka nie ma życia, prawda? Oto więc, mąka. Ja jednak jestem tradycjonalistką i kupuję najwięcej mąki pszennej, i od jakiegoś czasu tylko bio. To jest czeska, w cenie zbliżonej do polskich, które kupuję najczęściej. Akurat w sklepie z żarciem organicznym była tylko czeska, i zupełnie dobra jest. Jak ją niosłam to mi się trochę rozerwała, jak widzicie.

For today I am going to show you the food I've been loving nowadays. We humans have to eat, if we want to survive here on the planet Earth. So food is undeniably very important, don't you think... Ha, ha - if you must to do something, do it with  pleasure. Thus, that flour! I consider myself as a rather conservative one, when it comes to food. I mean to say that I have tried all of this - quinoa, amarant, spelt flour, millet flour, rye flour, etc. Finally, I decided that I am back to simply wheat flour, but I will use only organic wheat flour. I have been buying Polish most often, but this time I purchased bio flour from Czechia. It was the only one at the organic store, while I was there. I am glad of this flour, is good and the price is similar to Polish products. The pack is broken a little, as you might see. It has happened while I was carrying it home in my shopping bag.

2. Batony / Bars:

Tu natomiast prezentuję Wam batony, jakowe spożywałam ja ostatnimi czasy. Najlepiej w mej pamięci zapisał się ów środkowy baton marakujowo - coconut. Kokos był świeży, marakuja to jest jeden z moich ulubionych smaków. Baton jest bardzo drogi, najdroższy z tych wszystkich. Milka truskawkowa była najtańsza, ale to nie jest bio. Czasem lubię zjeść taką Milkę. Dobra kaloria to jest polski baton z Częstochowy, ja właściwie lubię tylko jabłko i cynamon, bo oni mają dużo różnych smaków.

Here I show you my bars, which I have eaten and I loved them. The winner, and also the most expensive one, is this bar in the middle - coconut and maracuja Raw Energy. The matter is that the coconut was truly fresh! That's the key issue, if it comes to talk about this kind of bars. The coconut must be fresh. And I love a maracuja taste, this is one of my beloved tastes ever. Then, this Milka bar, it is strawberry, and most cheap. These from Milka aren't bio and wholesome, but I really crave to eat this bar from time to time. The bar dobra kaloria ( good calory) is Polish, from Częstochowa. They are selling many tastes, but I use to buy only apple and cinammon ( jabłko i cynamon), which is my favourite.

3. Cukinie/ Courgettes :

Oto dwie cukinie w całej swej rozciągłości. One były na zupę. Któregoś dnia może powiem Wam, jak to trzeba zrobić i jakie ingrediencyje ponadto wskazane są w recepturze właśnie tej zupy.

You might see two courgettes on this display. I needed it for the soup, and maybe later I will make a post about this zucchini soup.

4.Ciastka Milka/ Milka cakes :

Właśnie ja bardzo lubię te ciastka, miałam je też w takim dużym opakowaniu zbiorczym. One nie są bio, ale jakoś mam słabość do nich. Staram się jak najwięcej rzeczy sama gotować i piec, ale czasem jestem taka zmęczona, że po prostu uwielbiam mieć coś gotowego do przekąszenia. Wiecie, kubek kawy z mlekiem takiej americana i ze dwa takie ciastka. Potem już można żyć.

I adore these Milka cakes! I had also the big packaging, which contains six cakes... These aren't bio cakes, I know, although I adore to brew a mug of an Americana coffee with whole milk and to eat two cakes like those. It brings me to life very often! From the other side, I try to bake and cook mostly by myself. But when I feel very tired I love to get some ready food to bite.

5. Lasagne / Lasagne :

To są od Barilli, takie bardzo włoskie płaty do lasagne. Kupiłam je sobie i nie ma czasu, aby sporządzić lasagne...  Na razie tylko znalazłam przepisy, jeden jest na lasagne z mięsem a drugi na taką wege. Ja jestem wielką miłośniczką tego dania.

Barilla classic. So this is very Italian! I have already bought it some time ago, although it is still not opened, because I had no time to prepare any lasagne dish. I have two recipes I want to try, one is with meat, and the second is vege. In general I am a huge lover of lasagne.

6. Jogurt bio naturalny/ Natural bio yoghurt:

Zjadłam sobie też taki jogurt naturalny bio. One są z Litwy. Jedzenie z Litwy jest w  ogóle niezłe.

I have been loving this bio natural yoghurt, too. This is from Lithuania, and Lithuanian food in my opinion is not bad.

7) Masło migdałowe/ Almond butter :

Dostałam w prezencie świątecznym to masło Primaviki i zaraz będę kupowała nowy słoik. Jest super dobre. Primavika w ogóle jest bardzo dobrą polska firmą, miałam już od nich różne rzeczy i zawsze byłam zadowolona, ale to masło miałam po raz pierwszy i zakochałam się w tym produkcie spożywczym.

I received this almond butter as a Christmas gift I had it for the first time at all... Is already finished and I am about to go for the next jar. Superb! Primavika is Polish brand, which I absolutely do recommend. This is really wholesome food, without any synthetic additivities. I already had another stuff from Primavika and  everytime I was in awe . So good!

8) Chleby chrupkie z Finlandii / Rye crispbreads from Finland :

Generalnie ja nie lubię żytniego chleba, ale ten fiński jest bardzo dobry. Odkryłam go ze dwa lata temu i był zawsze do kupienia w Auchan, ale teraz nie mają go w Auchan, za to jest w Leclercu. Widziałam też w sieci Społem, którą bardzo lubię, ale w Leclercu jest sporo tańszy.

I do not like rye bread in general, but this crispbread from Finland is very good! I have discovered this bread two years ago, and I am still buying it. I remember this bread was in Auchan, but actually they have not been selling it. I reached it at Leclerc, and I saw this rye also in Społem highstreet, although in Społem is much more expensive.

9) Kawa mielona Woseba / Ground coffee Woseba:

Mam też kawę mieloną Woseba, która jest bardzo smaczna i zaparzam sobie ją z wielką przyjemnością. Woseba to jest polska firma, która ma bardzo dobrą kawę i ja od wielu lat ją kupuję.

I have also this ground coffee from Polish brand Woseba, which I like a lot. I've been buying from Woseba for long time. I would recommend it.
