Ulubione rzeczy Lipiec 2018 / July 2018 favourities

1. Jedzonko / Food :

W lipcu odkryłam bardzo dobry bio chleb chrupki. Jak nazwa wskazuje, z Carrefoura pochodzi on właśnie. To jest żytni i właściwie ja polubiłam już żytnie pieczywo, chociaż kiedyś go nie cierpiałam.
In July I discovered very good bio crispy bread. As you might see on the display, is from Carrefour... This is rye and I am going to tell you that I already like rye!!! I have hated rye for a long time before... But this one is really tasty for me.

Są już bio jabłka na zdziczałych jabłoniach tu w okolicy. Te jabłka są straszliwie kwaśnie, nie ma znaczenia czy w lipcu, czy we wrześniu, to sam kwas. Nie da się ich zjeść normalnie, ale jest kilka opcji, na przykład crumble. To jest z kruszonką z płatków owsianych bio i mąki pszennej bio,  z masła klarowanego. Trochę za dużo było płatków, ale tego dnia odchudzałam się. Potem mi przeszło, i wczoraj zrobiłam sobie znowu, z płatkami orkiszowymi bio i dałam więcej mąki.
Daję tam jeszcze trochę cukru i czasem wanilię a czasem cynamon. Najpierw obgotowuję przez chwilę jabłka. Jest bardzo dobre.

The wild apple trees in this area are in fruit now. This is maybe too early, but from the other side, it does not matter... Because whenever you will harvest it, these apples are very, very sour. They are pure acid in July, as well in September. You cannot eat it plain obviously, but I know a few dishes with apples. For the first time I baked that apple crumble. I think I added to much oat flakes on top. I wanted to minimalize the amount of  wheat flour, because I am afraid that I look fat. Then I baked it again, it was a few days later. I had it with spelt flakes and I gave an average amount of flour. I use to add also clarified butter, cinammon or vanilla, and sugar/ brown sugar. I think this is very important to cook the apples before baking, or simmer it for a short while.

2. Kosmetyki / Cosmetics :

W lipcu moje serce skradły w sumie nie takie drogie kosmetyki, które też kupiłam w Carrefourze. Szampon  White Agafia łopianowy, kosztował jakoś koło dychy i właśnie skończył się. Jest całkiem niezły, nie ma SLSu. Zamierzam ponownie nabyć go. Jak również mama kupiła dla mnie takie niemieckie mleczko do ciała Cosnature o zapachu dzikiej róży.

In this month  my heart has been stolen by those two things. This is a shampoo very good, which has good price ( about 2,5 Euro I think it is ) and impressive ingredients list, with no SLS. So I will repurchase it, because works good for my hair. I ended it up already, so I can tell. This is from Russian brand White Agafia and I got in in Carrefour. The second thing is body lotion Cosnature, Mom bought me it. The smell of wild roses is very nice and this is from Germany, and I saw it here in Carrefour.

3. Telewizja / Watching tv :

W lipcu, to oczywiste, jest Tour de France. Niestety, nie oglądam wszystkiego, za mało czasu, ale jak tylko mogę - oglądam. Bardzo lubię Darka Baranowskiego, on jest znanym kolarzem, który teraz komentuje w Eurosporcie. On jest ze Śląska, a ja jakoś tak mam, że lubię śląskie klimaty. Właściwie nawet nie wiadomo czemu, bo nikt z moich przodków nie pochodzi ze Śląska. Francję też bardzo lubię, najbardziej Pireneje i Sewenny, też takie góry na południu. Ostatnio oni jechali przez Sewenny i teraz są w Pirenejach.

Sunset in Cevennes

Every year in July Tour de France is running, and I of course watch it, as a big fan I am. Nowadays I cannot watch it non -stop, because of the lack of time, but I crave to see as much as I can. I like Darek Baranowski, who is a famous cyclist and for now he is a journalist in Polish Eurosport. I like him, because he is originally from Silesia, a region in Poland, which I like a lot. And I tell you, that I even don't know why I like Silesia, because I have not any ancestors from there. But I think it is my sense of humour. As many of you might know, I am also a big lover of France, and in particular I adore the mountains Cevennes. The Tour was there, and they ride in Pyrenees now.

4. Ubrania / Outfits :

Ostatnio kupiłam sobie trochę ubrań na wyprzedaży w sklepie wysyłkowym Cellbes, to jest szwedzki. Mam też nowe różne legginsy z Pepco, ale to każdy ma i nie będę wszystkiego pokazywała, jedynie bluzę niebieską, którą nosiłam w chłodne dni wieczorem, bo generalnie cały czas jest bardzo ciepło. Póżno w nocy jest nawet powyżej 20 stopni. Ta bluza kosztowała w wyprzedaży 59 zł, co uważam, jest niezłą ceną, w składzie jest ponad połowa bawełny.

Recently I bought some clothes on sale in Swedish  online shop Cellbes, but I don't want to show all of it. This is my favourite blue blouse, which I bought there with the price lowered to 59 zł. This is very good price and this blouse is gorgeous. t contains more than a half of cotton. I had it only for a few times in the evening, because here in Poland we still experience a heatwave, and even late in the night is over 20C. I have also some new leggins and pajamas from Pepco, because a new shop has been opened next to my house.
