W ci膮gu ostatnich kilku miesi臋cy schud艂am kilka kilogram贸w, ale nie by艂am na 偶adnej diecie, ani nie zacz臋艂am niczego trenowa膰. Tylko zrezygnowa艂am zupe艂nie ze smarowania chleba mas艂em ( nie daj臋 na chleb 偶adnego t艂uszczu, tylko od razu kawa艂ek pomidora, albo ser itp). Poza tym zacz臋艂am je艣膰 g艂贸wnie 偶ytni chleb i w og贸le bardzo ograniczy艂am jedzenie chleba. Zrezygnowa艂am z tradycyjnego cukru. Jem s艂odycze ale rzadziej i prawie w og贸le nie pij臋 s艂odzonych sok贸w ani napoj贸w - co艣 dwa razy w ci膮gu p贸艂 roku wypi艂am. Jem o wiele mniej rzeczy z m膮ki pszennej, ale czasem jem, bo jednak lubi臋. Jednak to jest 1/4 tego, co kiedy艣.
Recently, during latest several months I lose weight, a few kilos, although I was not on a diet nor anything like that! And I did not train any new sport. I only have decided to completely avoid butter if it comes to get a butter on my slice of bread, whenever I am making a sandwich. ( There is not any fat at all, only a slice of tomato or cheese etc). The next thing, I started to eat mostly rye bread, and I have been eating not too much bread, much less than before. I cut off traditional sugar from my diet. I eat sweets, but less than before. Same with sweetened drinks and juices - I bought it two times during a six months. Wheat flour! I don't want to resign absolutely, because I like it, and I have been eating 1/4 of it, if compare with that I had been eating earlier. I had created this by myself, it is my personal project.
Teraz jednak dodatkowo zauwa偶y艂am jakie艣 pismo" 艢wiat Wiedzy", kt贸rego wcze艣niej nie zna艂am i tam jest artyku艂 o 偶ywno艣ci w marcowym numerze( dla ludzi o mocnych nerwach) - polecam tym, kt贸rzy s膮 w Polsce. Na razie tylko przejrza艂am to, ale ju偶 widz臋, 偶e musz臋 odstawi膰 jeszcze sporo rzeczy - na przyk艂ad banany s膮 z艂e. Najpierw mia艂am tego nie kupowa膰, ale po 3 dniach wr贸ci艂am i kupi艂am sobie - nawet ten artyku艂 jest nieg艂upio napisany.
And right now I came across the article, which caught my eye, while I was walking through the market. That is an article on food, a bit drastic ( almost everything could worsen the health, including even a bananas). Otherwise, it's on stock only in Poland and I can only recommend it to these, who are here.
Here we go with small foodie review.
Pomidor ananasowy/ Pineapple tomato:
Pomidory ananasowe kupowa艂am w budce, kt贸r膮 lubi臋 jaki艣 czas temu, ale poniewa偶 dawno nie robi艂am takiego postu jedzeniowego, dopiero teraz je daj臋. Nie wiem, czy one s膮 o tej porze roku, ale w og贸le jak kiedy艣 by艣cie natkn臋li si臋, polecam - s膮 bardzo smaczne, troch臋 s艂odkie i 艂adne s膮 .
I was purchasing these pineapple tomatoes some time ago and I think it is worth a word or two. I am not sure are they available in a wintertime, overall I want to recommend these tomatoes. If one day you will come across, buy it. Tasty, a little bit sweet and also look nice. I storaged these pictures into my drafts for some time, because it is been a while since my last post on food.
Chipsy z topinamburu/ Jerusalem's artichoke snacks:
Topinambur jest modny i podoba mi si臋 z wygl膮du i to s艂owo, jak brzmi, te偶 mi si臋 podoba. I na tym koniec. Nawet nie b臋d臋 pisa膰 zbyt wiele, bo bardzo si臋 boj臋, 偶e to mi si臋 przypomni... Ten smak. I tego bym w艂a艣nie bardzo nie chcia艂a.
Nie m贸wi臋, 偶e te chipsy s膮 z艂e, tylko po prostu absolutnie nie smakuje mi to.
I am not talking those snacks are bad, but I hate this flavour.
Je艣li raz na jaki艣 czas chc臋 zje艣膰 co艣 tradycyjnie s艂odzonego cukrem i niezdrowego, wtedy kupuj臋 owoce w syropie. To s膮 akurat brzoskwinie greckie, kt贸re by艂y bardzo smaczne ( to by艂 sernik). Generalnie ja kupuj臋 r贸偶ne owoce w syropie, ostatnio mia艂am te偶 morele ( to by艂y knedle).
Guys , from time to time I want to eat anything sweetened with sugar, not so often, because it is not a wholesome food. Whenever I crave it, I decide to buy a canned fruits in a sirup. This time it was Greek peaches, very yummy, I made a cheesecake with them. Although I am buying not only peaches, many fruits, lastly an apricots. I made knedle stuffed with these apricots ( knedle are a kind of dumplings).
Gorzka czekolada ze sk贸rk膮 pomara艅czy / Dark chocolate with an orange peel:
Szczerze powiedziawszy, dosta艂am t膮 czekolad臋. Sama raczej nie kupuj臋. By艂a nawet dobra, cho膰 aromatyzowana. Jej cena jest niez艂a, bo nie jest to gorszy produkt od tych dwa razy dro偶szych. Kt贸re te偶 dosta艂am, wcze艣niej.
To be frank, I received this chocolate. I rather am not buying a chocolates by myself. I found this one good, although is with synthetic aroma. I think the price is not bad, because the product is not worse than chocolates, which are two times more expensive.
Nie wiem dlaczego tak jest, ale od kilku lat strasznie trudno jest kupi膰 polski czosnek. Przynajmniej w Warszawie. W Carrefourze ko艂o mnie jest tylko chi艅ski. Kiedy艣 moja matka zadzwoni艂a i m贸wi: " Kupi艂am czosnek, kt贸ry nie jest chi艅ski!". No to ja: " To super!", a ona: " Zgadnij, sk膮d jest?", to ja 偶e nie wiem. A ona : " Z Chile". I w ko艅cu w ma艂ej budce kupi艂am.
I don't know why, but for quite long time is almost impossible to reach a Polish garlic, at least here in Warsaw. In the Carrefour next to my place I can buy only a Chinese garlic. One day my mother called me and she said: " I purchased a garlic, which is not from China!". I said: " Great!", so she: " Guess, where is it from?", I told her I don't know - and she responded : " From Chile!".
And lately I bought a Polish one at a small shop.
Batony " dobra kaloria"/ Polish bars "dobra kaloria" ( good calory) :
Rewelacyjne i przepyszne, cudowne batony bio z Polski. Nie ma w nich nic z艂ego. Wszystkie smaki s膮 warte spr贸bowania.
So yummy and superby, marvellous and gorgeous bio bars from Poland. There is nothing bad in the ingredinets list. Every taste is worth trying. You can try " apple and cinnamon", "coconut and nut" and "cocoa and nut".
10) Pasta z bak艂a偶anu / Paste of eggplants :
Kupi艂am sobie tak膮 past臋 z przeceny, bo puszka by艂a wgnieciona. Ale po raz kolejny ju偶 potwierdzi艂o si臋, 偶e ja nie lubi臋 arabskiego jedzenia. W og贸le uwielbiam bak艂a偶any i to te偶 zjad艂am, ale moim zdaniem to nie ma w og贸le smaku, jaki ma bak艂a偶an. Tam jest jeszcze sezam, ale je艣li ju偶, wol臋 tahini.
I purchased that paste with lowered price, because of a tin, which had a dent. I don't like Arabian food in general, but I adore an aubergines. I have eaten this, but it is not my favourite. I cannot find a taste of an aubergine in this paste. There are also sesame seeds, but I must say, I prefer tahini.
Bia艂a czekolada z chrupkami/ White chocolate with crisps:
T膮 te偶 dosta艂am. Wydawa艂a mi si臋 beznadziejna, s膮dz膮c po opakowaniu, ale okaza艂a si臋 bardzo smaczna i nawet bym j膮 sobie kupi艂a jeszcze. Ma fajne nadzienie i chrupi膮ce kulki ry偶owe.
This is another one I received. I thought it must be hopeless, and not tasty, because this packaging is a bit tacky. Although it turned out to be very yummy, gorgeous filling inside, with crispy rice balls. I want to purchase it.
To jest s艂awny polski ser koryci艅ski, ale nie ten twardy, tylko ma艂y i mi臋kki. Ko艂o mnie s膮 r贸zne rodzaje, na przyk艂ad lubi臋 jeszcze z lubczykiem, a ten jest z czosnkiem nied偶wiedzim, jak si臋 domy艣lacie.
This is a famous Koryci艅ski Cheese from Poland, but not this hard one. This one is small and soft and here is a huge variety of these cheeses. This one is with dried tomatoes, nigella and wild garlic, but I like also with lovage.
Mi贸d le艣ny z Roztocza / Forest's honey from Roztocze region:
Ten mi贸d by艂 bardzo dobry do pierniczk贸w, ale do herbaty zdecydowanie wol臋 gryczany mi贸d, albo z kasztan贸w francuski. Roztocze to jest region w Polsce na po艂udniowym wschodzie, niedaleko granicy z Ukrain膮. Jest to jedna z naj艂adniejszych cz臋艣ci Polski, w dzieci艅stwie je偶dzi艂am tam na wakacje.
This honey turned out to be very good for baking gingerbread cookies, but I have to admit, I more like a buckwheat honey for my tea. Or French from chestnuts is also gorgeous for tea. Roztocze is a region in south- eastern Poland, not so far from the border with Ukraine. This is one of the most beautiful parts of Poland. I was spending my summer holidays there, when I was a kiddo.

Tani czajnik / Cheap kettle:
To jest m贸j nowy czajnik, kt贸ry by艂 bardzo tani. Generalnie nie lubi臋 kupowa膰 tanich garnk贸w, czajnik贸w itp ale jako艣 tym razem kupi艂am.
Here you see my new kettle, very cheap one. In general, I don't like to buy a cheap kitchenware, but this time I did.
