Ona patrzy na domowe pierogi z gęsiną, które tam jadłyśmy. Były tak niewiarygodnie dobre, że zapomniałam o zrobieniu zdjęcia - przepraszajut ! To jest w pubie przyjaznym dla psów :)

She is actually looking at incredibly good dumplings stuffed with goose meat ( homemade) . We ate the dumplings and I realized I forgot about picture - so sorry for that ! This is in a pub friendly for dogs :)

Teraz znowu wiosna, ale dwa tygodnie zimy były. To nie jest żle!

Nowadays is spring again, however we had two weeks of winter. That`s good enough!

Kiedy tylko mogę staram się kupować ekologiczną żywność, ale robię to ostrożnie, kupuję rzeczy naprawdę bio, najchętniej te z unijnym certyfikatem. Czasem mogę kupić coś bez certyfikatu, ale zwracam uwagę na wiele rzeczy, bo w Polsce świadomość społeczna w tych sprawach jest niższa niż na Zachodzie Europy.  ( To nie jest wina ludzi, ale tak jest). W konsekwencji wielu producentów sprzedaje rzeczy z jakimś napisem "ekologiczne", "z zielonych płuc", "zdrowe eko" itp i z wyższą ceną, a to nie ma nic wspólnego z prawdziwym produktem ekologicznym. Z tego, co wiem ekologiczna rzecz powinna mieć określony skład, a raczej wielu rzeczy w takim składzie nie powinna mieć i też powinna być wyprodukowana niedaleko od miejsca sprzedaży.

When I have the possibility I  prefer ever to buy eco food, although I do it rationally and I am interested only in real bio products. I like mostly the food with EU logo ( a leaf made from white stars on green background ). Well, sometimes I might buy something without this logo but I am taking time on many informations on the packaging before I put it to my shopping... I live in Poland and I must say here we have not the same knowledge about bio and organic food as people in western EU countries or in US. I am not putting a blame on polish people, who are rather open- minded in this topic, but Poland is not a perfect place for selling expensive products. You know, no big trade, that means no fair information  and instead of it many faked   products and myths. You can easily buy many things which claim with pushy labels : " healthy and eco" , " green food", " new and super healthy" etc. Truth be told it has nothing common with true bio food. True bio products obviously are from bio ingredients and also an important rule is the place of selling is not far from the farm where it was made.

Ten jogurt jest naprawdę ekologiczny i niemiecki. Szkoda że w Polsce nikt takiego nie produkuje, ale może ryzyko jest za duże ( bo ludzie nie mają wymagań i wolą kupić tańsze). Trzeba przywozić go z Niemiec. Koło mnie jest w Organic Farma Zdrowia - to sklep gdzie niektóre rzeczy moim zdaniem są dobre a niektóre omijam. Te jogurty są w kilku smakach. Ich akurat nie omijam i miałam już waniliowy, cytrynowy i kokosowy. Są w słoikach 500g i ja osobiście od razu zjadam  z całego słoika ! Jest taki dobry! Kosztuje około 13 złotych, niestety mój rachunek z tego sklepu okazało się jest już w kontenerze z makulaturą .

I am always  eager to buy this bio yogurt with vanilla Bourbon. I`ve been buying it for long time, mostly this vanilla one and coconut, and lemon ( also gorgeous !). This is a real bio product but pity is we have to import it from Germany. Hard to find polish yogurt with such a quality! Too big risk for polish farmers because most people here are prefering to buy cheap food and they have no expectations. It`s not a deal to trade it, probably. In Warsaw U may find this yogurt in Organic Farma Zdrowia ( Farm of Health). You know, it is a place where some things I love and some things I am passing by... This is the thing I love and it costs about 13 zł ( about 3 Eur). I don`t remember well and I realized that my bill is actually in a paper recycling box outside. 13 zł is a good price for 500 g of bio yogurt, I can say that! It is worth buying. Everytime I am eating  the whole jar alone it is a feast, ha ha! ( I am  really fond of milk products).

Wanilia jest jedną z moich ukochanych przypraw i bardzo lubię jej zapach. To oczywiście nie jest oryginalne, wanilia jest bardzo popularna, ale co to ma do tego że ja ją lubię? Ona jest popularna dlatego właśnie, że jest taka dobra. Jest kilka rzeczy naprawdę dobrych i bardzo popularnych jak wanilia, pizza, dżinsy i earl grey!

I have been liking vanilla all my lifetime. Well, You may say I am not very original with that, vanilla is so popular... I find it so popular just because  vanilla is the best thing ever! Vanilla, jeans, pizza and earl grey - the top forever, don`t you mind?

Pierwotnie miał być to tekst napisany przez moją kicię Claire - Genevieve, ale wyszło tak że Kiciulska boi się podejść do laptopa.  Claire - Genevieve włączyła sobie laptop i szukała w sieci informacji  o rybach. Nagle... widzę że ona ucieka i chowa się, bardzo, bardzo przerażona. Kiedy chciałam podejść i spojrzeć w monitor krzyknęła: " Nie! Uważaj! Uważaj! Proszę, nie idż tam!"

Okazało się że kicia trafiła na to zdjęcie na górze... Tłumaczyłam jej że to nie jest atak na nią, że żadne niebezpieczne koty nie wyskoczą zza tych drzwi i że to jest tylko zdjęcie. Claire - Genevieve nie bardzo chce w to wierzyć i dlatego ja muszę napisać ten post.

Claire - Genevieve planned to write this story to You, peeps, but something was wrong. To be frank, she is afraid of  my laptop`s screen now... How can I explain this strange behaviour of my cat? Well, You see the photo above - that is the reason! Claire - Genevieve was searching about sardines someday, I allowed her to work with my laptop and she was alone in the room. Suddenly, I had heard her voice, very very scary and she was running away! She cried: " No! Don`t go there! Warning!"

Hard to explain her it is only a photo !  She  is thinking some cats very dangerous might open this doors ... Claire - Genevieve does not believe me and I have to post this story today.

Lubię ryby, najbardziej łososia, sajrę i doradę, ale też pstrągi i oczywiście śledzie, sardynki i inne też, czasem flądrę i ostatnio odkryłam mirunę, którą kupuję w sklepie, który przyjeżdża z Mazur ( ciężarówka -sklep). To jest miruna w cieście z gałką muszkatołową i chyba cynamonem, wytwarzane przez niedużą spółdzielnię stamtąd.

Moim marzeniem jest zimowy wyjazd nad Morze Śródziemne albo do Portugalii i siedzenie na plaży w za dużym wełnianym swetrze, ognisko i jedzenie świeżych sardynek, kupionych od rybaka na plaży...

I love to eat fish, my favorite is salmon and river fish called saira, and "dorada" ( miss the english name of dorada, this fish is from Croatia and Adriatic Sea), sardines, flounder, herring, trout, and many others. I am buying fishes a few times a week in  very funny shop- truck from Mazury, our polish land of lakes, in north - eastern Poland. They have very tasty fish baked in oily cake with muscatel and cinnamon.

My big dream is a  winter journey to Mediterranean Sea or to Portugal, spending all the time on the beach , wearing oversized wool sweater, fire on the seashore and fresh sardines, which you can buy on the beach...

Kosmetyki zimy ( My winter beauty stuff )

1. Krem do rąk / Hand cream:

Niedrogi ( ok. 6-7 zł) krem do rąk, który niesamowicie zimowo pachnie i w ten sposób poprawia humor. Fajny jest też minimalistyczny design opakowania. Ja w ogóle bardzo lubię kosmetyki, które udają jedzenie - sztuczne czekolady, muffinki mydła i piernikowe kremy.... Moje wewnętrzne dziecko to lubi!

Not pricey hand cream, has great winter scent - ginger, cinnamon and "piernik". " Piernik" is a spicy, sweet cake similar to gingerbread but richer in fabulous ingredients. Fine minimalistic design on the packaging. I like very much every cosmetics which fake food - "chocolate" as a bath foam, soaps looking like  real cupcakes and creams with gingerbread aroma... My inner child likes it!

2. Mydło z Aleppo / Aleppo soap/ Autentique savon d` Alep:

Mam duże opakowanie 200 g sławnego już mydła Aleppo. Jest naprawdę z Aleppo, czyli miasta w Syrii, które zresztą zostało zniszczone w trakcie trwającej wojny, a było tam wiele zabytków...
Nie wiem co jest napisane na tym mydle, mam nadzieję że coś kosmetycznego, w każdym razie jest to świetne mydło. Ono pachnie olejem laurowym ( Laurus Nobilis Fruit Oil ) i to jest przepiękny zapach, bardzo naturalny, bo nie jest perfumowane. Na początku trochę dziwiło mnie że  jest bardzo twarde i nie wytwarza piany, ale okazało się że nawilża tak świetnie że nie trzeba już żadnego balsamu. W składzie jest oliwa z oliwek i 20% oleju laurowego, ale właśnie jakoś dziwnie tak, bo w opisie czytamy " 80% oliwy z oliwek i 20% oleju laurowego", natomiast w składzie jest tylko " Sodium Olivate". To chyba nie jest oliwa z oliwek? I jak to możliwe żeby było 80% oliwy i 20 % oleju? A inne składniki? 80% z czego to jest? Aczkolwiek brzmi dobrze, choć to trik...

I` ve got this famous soap from Aleppo! Aleppo is the city in Syria seriously destroyed during ongoing war, along with the heritage there... Nevertheless, they are still making this soaps with the traditional recipe ( recette traditionelle d`Alep). Santa Claus has gave me this one, so I cannot say anything about the price. In my opinion it is worthy to buy it and check it out. First of all , becouse of Laurus Nobilis Fruit Oil ( it claims about 20% of this oil in the bar ), which smells adorable and it is pure, natural scent. Laurus Nobilis Fruit Oil is a bless for the skin ( I am not writing a commercial, it really does!), especially for dry skin.
From the start I had been wondering is that right it doesn`t make any foam and the bar is very hard. Will it work? When it comes to use this the results are impressive! I don`t need any body milk or balm after the bath, Aleppo soap is a perfect moisturizer!
One bad thing is the description - it contains 80% of olive oil and 20 % of laurus oil... Well, sounds good but must be a trick! 80% of what ? Tell me, of the bar? It is simply impossible...
I` ve seen the ingredients and there is "sodium olivate" which is not the same as olive oil. So is that " 80 %" of olive oil or sodium olivate? Nothing about olive oil in the ingredients, anyhows it is really good product.

3. Mleczko regenerujące Ziaja z olejem arganowym /  Ziaja  regenerative Bodymilk with argan oil:

Mama kupiła mi to mleczko, jestem z niego zadowolona. Jest całkiem dobre, nie wiem ile kosztuje ale chyba nie jest drogie jakoś szczególnie. W środku jest argan ( Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil), nie tylko zapach. Pompka działa dobrze, chociaż ja nie lubię pompek, ale ta jest dobra. Jak to u Ziaji, opakowanie jest piękne! Bardzo mi się podoba ten wzór jakby stara tapeta...

Mom has bought me this body milk, I am very glad! It`s quite good, I don`t know how much does it cost but is not very expensive, probably. It contains real argan oil ( Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil ), not only fragrances instead of argan. Ziaja is very popular polish brand and well known from lovely designs on the packagings. I like a lot this one with old wallpaper -like pattern... The press-up is working well, although I prefer a bottles without a press-up.

4. Tonik Melisa/ Lotion with melissa extract:

Bezalkoholowy tonik, który jest moją podstawą w pielęgnacji od chyba 10 lat. Kosztuje około 8 złotych, to nie jest dużo i nie jest gorszy od dwa razy droższych. Jest moim evergreen` em!

Alcohol - free lotion, which is basic im my skincare regime for about 10 years! I call it my evergreen... It`s not pricey and good as two times  more expensive products.

5. Peeling do ciała śródziemnomorski/ Body Scrub with Apricot Granules and Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil:

Dorwałam go na wyprzedaży 50%, normalnie kosztuje około 45 złotych, więc jestem zadowolona. Ma w składzie między innymi Soybean Oil, Apricot seed powder, sweet almond oil, extra virgin olive oil...

I have reached it on sale 50 % and I feel lucky! The ingredients are for instance: Soybean Oil, Apricot Seed Powder, Sweet Almond Oil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil...
